10 Volume (3%): Darker than the natural base shade of existing colour
20 Volume (6%): Same level or 1 level lighter than the natural base shade and optimum grey coverage
30 Volume (9%): 2 levels lighter than the natural base shade
40 Volume (12%): 3 levels lighter than the natural base shade
