Returns & Exchanges

We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged carefully.


Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Authorization with 2 days of receiving your purchase, via e-mail at or phone 1300 658 563 quote your order # and reason(s) for seeking an exchange or refund.

Our customer service team will assess the product/reasons and advise if the exchange or refund option is available.   

Refunds or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging. 

If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 2 days of the date of delivery via email at or call us on 1300 658 563.

Please email or call 1300 658 563 within 2 days of receiving your goods and we will direct you to send back relevant items. 

Items being sent back must be in original condition, must not have been opened, altered or damaged and all tags must remain in place.

When returning goods please include;
a) your name and order number on the outside of the parcel
b) the item/s you are returning
c) All items must be sent back to us via a courier with a tracking number

When we have received your item we will process the refund or exchange and you will be notified via email. Please note: we will not reimburse the cost of the return shipping unless stated otherwise by one of our team prior to the return being received. There may be an additional shipping fee in the instance of a product exchange. In which case we will email an invoice for the additional shipping fee.

No responsibility accepted for items being returned, until they are received at our address.
