We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged carefully.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Authorization with 2 days of receiving your purchase, via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 1300 658 563 quote your order # and reason(s) for seeking an exchange or refund.
Our customer service team will assess the product/reasons and advise if the exchange or refund option is available.
Refunds or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging.
If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 2 days of the date of delivery via email at email@example.com or call us on 1300 658 563.
Complete the returns authorisation form included in your order box within 2 days of receiving your goods and send back to us along with the relevant items.
Items being sent back must be in original condition, must not have been opened, altered or damaged and all tags must remain in place.
When returning goods please include;
a) your name and order number on the outside of the parcel
b) the item/s you are returning
c) All items must be sent back to us via a courier with a tracking number
