How much does delivery cost?
Free standard delivery on all Australian orders over $149 (except NT). Otherwise standard delivery is $16.95 and express is $25. International shipping is $50 (New Zealand is $35). Please note the rate may vary according to the size, weight and country of delivery. If this happens we will contact you via email prior to dispatch of the order for confirmation or any additional charges.
How do you deliver?
We partner with Aramex, Australia Post and StarTrack, choosing the best option for your order by weight, size and location.
When will my order be sent?
We dispatch as quickly as possible. If an item is due back in stock within 24 to 48 hours we may briefly hold the order so it ships complete.
When will my order arrive?
In most cases, allow 1 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Once parcels have left our warehouse the period in transit is set by the courier company, so please refer to tracking notifications received after dispatch.
Store pickup & international
Can I collect in store?
Yes. Complimentary pickup is available from our Maroochydore store at 1/21 Trinder Ave, Maroochydore QLD 4558, usually ready within 24 hours. We are open 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Call 1300 658 563 to confirm.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, international delivery is $50 (New Zealand is $35). Additional weight-based fees may apply, and any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
Let us know within 2 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange for unused items with labels intact. See Returns & Exchanges.
