What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please complete the returns authorisation form included in your order box within 2 days of receiving your goods and send back to us along with the relevant items. We can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unopened, unused and with labels intact.
