Prepare the eyebrow area for a more intense makeup effect. For longer lasting results.

How to Use:

For tinting brows, lashes, and facial hair with a long-lasting skin stain effect
Apply Intensifying Primer to the brows and process for 4 minutes
Remove with dry cotton swab and proceed with Intense Browns Base Gel application after another 4 minutes

Note: Intense Brow[n]s can also be used for lash tinting. Intensifying Primer is not necessary for lash tint or brow tints where a skin stain is not desired.

For professional use only. Do not mix Primer Builder, Base Gel and Activator Gel. The gels are applied separately in a specific sequence. Please read the entire instructions before use.
