Gel Based Tint Activator Gel

BROW CODE GEL TINT - ACTIVATOR 

The Activator is required in Brow Code’s 2-Step Gel Tint System. When paired with our Professional Gel Tint, it instantly transforms the colour for visible, lasting results.

Made from 90% naturally derived, plant-based ingredients, it glides on smoothly for an even and precise finish that lasts up to 7 days on the skin and up to 6 weeks on the brow hairs.

Note: This activator must be used with the Professional Gel Tint, sold separately

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Brow Preparation 

· Complete a patch test before proceeding with the service.

· Cleanse the brow area with an oil-free foaming cleanser. Rinse with a damp cotton pad. Ensure the brows are dry and free of oils and sebum for optimal performance.

· Apply a barrier cream to the outside of the brow as an optional step.

Gel Tint Preparation 

· Select desired shade of Gel Tint. Alternatively mix Gel Tint according to the Colour Shade Guide.

· Prepare 1cm of Gel Tint in a mixing dish.

Gel Tint Application 

· Apply Gel Tint to the brow with care. Clean up any Gel Tint outside the desired shape using a cotton tip. Repeat on the second brow.

· While there are no visible results when applying Gel Tint, the formula develops quickly.

· Process for 2 minutes.

Gel Tint Removal

· Remove the Gel Tint by wiping gently with a dry cotton pad, ensuring the product has been completely removed. Repeat on the second brow.

Drying

· Allow the brow to dry completely before applying the Activator. You can use a handheld fan to speed up this process.

· This is an important step to activate the Gel Tint.

Brow Mapping

· Map the brows as desired to ensure precision when applying the Activator.

Activator Application

· Prepare 1cm of Activator in a mixing dish.

· Using a clean brush, apply the Activator with precision from the tail of the brow working towards the front.

~ For an ombre effect press the Activator along the base of the brow's head, then blend upward with a spoolie to create a soft gradient.

~ To create a natural hair stain only brush the Activator through the brow hairs with a spoolie being careful not to press down onto the skin.

· Clean up any Activator outside the desired shape immediately using a damp cotton tip.

· Process the Activator for no longer than 1 minute total.

Activator Removal 

· Remove the Activator by pressing the brow and wiping gently with a slightly damp cotton pad, ensuring the product has been completely removed.

· Repeat process on the second brow.
