To Use: Shampoo, rinse and pour Malibu C Curl Partner Hair Treatment crystals across wet palm. Rub hands together, adding water (30ml) to dissolve crystals. Apply and scrunch throughout hair, then allow to remain on hair for 5 minutes. Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
