How to use: For the lightest, most accurate results, ensure hair is pre-lightened to a pale blonde. Avoid use on eyebrows or eyelashes. If colour contacts eyes, rinse thoroughly.
For true pastel payoff, lighten to an even level 10.
Wash using a clarifying shampoo. Avoid conditioner. Dry fully. Apply Cobra evenly. Comb through to saturate. Cover with cap. Apply gentle heat. Process for 30–45 minutes. Rinse and style.
