Jeval Deco Cream Lightener is suitable for all forms of highlighting, frosting or full-head hair bleaching with the ability to achieve 6 levels of lift. Rich in corn proteins, castor oil and natural beeswax, this special protein formula protects the hair during the lightening process and is particularly gentle when mixed with low strength volume developer. The formulation maintains an optiomal hydro-lipidic balance of the hair structure whilst de-colourising to deliver perfect blonde results.
